Hello! I'm Ye Huo
I am an international student from China. I am a graduate student at the University of Southern Mississippi majoring in Instructional Technology. I have been studied at USM for a year and am going to graduate by this summer as a master student. Looking back the whole year at USM, I would love to say that I have experienced unsuitability of living and study, and gradually get myself integrated into the life in the United States.
Since I was little, I dreamed of becoming an English teacher, and I believe that master a foreign language is necessary for the modern time. Having experienced traditional education in China for nearly 16 years, I find a cross-cultural experience and further knowledge will be my significant leap in pursuing my career in the future. Education needs not only the teacher's expertise and students' participation but also the power of technology to make teaching and to learn more effectively. The way how the second language is being taught still exist many problems. That's the main reason for me to choose this major.
In life, I'm a people person. I like to make friends with all kinds of people. In my spare time, I enjoy singing, reading, watching movies, and playing computer games. I am also a huge fan of science fictions.
I have had a wonderful time in USM and have made many friends. I'm ready for the next journey on my way!
