Reflection:

Every child deserves an excellent education. The fact is not all children are treated equally in a school system. Economic background, gender, and culture often interfere with the learning and teaching process. To be given ample opportunity for educational success, some students need more resources, extra-curricular services, and even attention, compared to other students. Students are provided with appropriate digital tools and resources to meet their diverse learning requirements.

Due to the imperative moral teachers have on their students and the influence of examples, teachers, are required to teach their students with basic knowledge about copyright and acts that conform to the laws and ethical norms. Besides, except the moral significance, most importantly, this standard requires teachers to fully promote the learner-based teaching strategies, which means, in all the learning activities, students' role is changing from negative receiver to positive participants. the tools I choose to meet up with this standard can be categorized into two types: critique writing and self-created learning materials.

Critique paper:

A critique paper is a specific style of the essay in which you identify, evaluate, and respond to an author's ideas, both positively and negatively. It helps improve students' critical thinking and attach importance to the establishment of a copyright public service system.

Personal site:

Creating an own site provide students with the control over what information they would like to share, in other words, let students themselves determine what kind of learning resources they want. It is an excellent way to help students with their curriculum planning. Students get the chance to learn what they want to, not what they are supposed to. The Use of self -created learning materials is more conducive to meet the diverse needs of all students.

Tutorial Site:

The tutorial site enables learners to learn on their demand and independently. I have created a tutorial site for the communication tool “ WhatsApp” where I have uploaded some documents and videos. Different from the video tutorials, The tutorials site can be a collection of a set of guidance materials, including videos, text, paper, and reciprocal links.

Future Learning Goals:

The goal of the education equity movement goes beyond just applying certain principles when teaching. When I teach a class, I will first develop the curriculum that takes full considerations of students’ diversity and helps prevent the bullying and racism behaviors. It is also important to create a tutorial site for every student to help guide their self-regulated learning.  when I am designing my tutorial site, I will strictly follow the copyright law and set examples for my students.
